Happy New Year to all. Our goal of retaining new staff to date looks achievable. All but a few are still employed in the district. Thanks to the efforts of our Reps and our staff serving as mentors, our new colleagues have received exceptional support during their first months with us. We hope that our first year staff will be with us next September. All of us are working to that end.
We will offer a workshop on Improving Job Performance in February. Here is an excellent opportunity to discuss and share with your colleagues strategies to enhance your job-related skills. Look for your building's flyer and sign up for this exciting dinner-workshop facilitated by Dennis Grieco of Uniserv.
