Each member of the committee is responsible for representing IEA members who bring a complaint or grievance to the association. Your building representative assists at the building site. The committee members file grievances at Levels II through IV if the grievances are not resolved at your work site.
Grievance updates are disseminated monthly at the Rep Council meeting and copies are posted in all buildings.
