(assists Board Office, Transportation & District-Wide)
Each member of the committee is responsible for representing IEA members who bring a complaint or grievance to the association. Your building representative assists at the building site. The committee members file grievances at Levels II through IV if the grievances are not resolved at your work site.
Know Your Contract: Do not give up your prep for grade level meetings if you receive 1 prep a day.
